Your money beliefs system

Your money beliefs generally come from what you learnt, saw and experienced as a child. Children are like sponges, soaking up everything they hear. They mirror the people around them and experience the money issues their parents have.
“Work hard, save your money, buy a home, pay it off as fast as you can and buy never by anything unless you can pay cash.”
This may have been your families mindset or culture and you may have grown up knowing nothing different, believing entirely that this is the only way.
Your money beliefs come from your family, your culture or even a major event that has happened in your life.

To change the outside we must first change the inside

Our results with money are a direct link to the money beliefs we currently have. If we were to use a tree as an analogy, then the roots are our beliefs, the fruits are our results, (good and bad), the trunk is the knowledge we have, and the weeds are the blocks that hold us back. So to change the quality of our fruits (results) we must first change the roots (beliefs) and get rid of the weeds (blocks).
