Len Goodwin - Founder and Consultant to Prowealth

Len Goodwin founded Prowealth Investments in 1994.

Len acts as a consultant to current Managing Director, and his son, Daniel Goodwin amongst a range of training and consultancy roles with a number of Property related firms throughout Australia.

Len continues to look after the needs of his personal client base who have seen their asset base grow in value over the past decade through his guidance.

Daniel Goodwin - Managing Director of Prowealth Investments

Daniel Goodwin is the Managing Director of Prowealth Investments. He is also a Director of Prowealth Money and Property Management HQ.

A licensed real estate agent with a degree in Business from the University of Newcastle, at 28 years of age he had already bought and traded just over 1.7million in residential property in just 4 short years and continues to invest in property actively today. He recently used a Self Managed Super Fund to purchase the current office space of Prowealth along with his business partners.

Daniel previously owned 2 Century 21 Franchises for Terrigal and Erina on the NSW Central Coast and was awarded Century 21 New South Wales Rookie of the year in 2004, adding to an already impressive list of awards including the Century 21 Masters Club, Auction Golden Gavel, Platinum Sales award and his Terrigal Office was a finalist in the Central Coast Business Awards for \'Best Real Estate office 2004\'.

Daniel was originally appointed Co-Director of Prowealth in 2006. In 2010 Daniel assumed the role of Managing Director as his father and founder of Prowealth Len Goodwin ceased full time duties with Prowealth to move into an external consultancy role.

Daniel has trained in all aspects of real estate, residential property investment, finance strategies, and effective tax structures for wealth building - the same principals that Daniel will teach you.

Matt Woodards - Director of Prowealth Money

Matt has been in the finance industry for 20 years, starting out in the Commonwealth Bank and later with St George Bank. As a former Bank Manager, he has worked in NSW, ACT, QLD and S.A. and has seen all types of finance applications. Matt specialises in residential home loans, including finding the right lending structure, but has also had extensive experience in Leasing/ Equipment Finance, Commercial loans and Development/ Construction Finance

After running his own business for 5 years, Matt has joined forces with Prowealth Investments to form Prowealth Money, looking after the lending interests of the Prowealth Investments client database.

Steven Paul - Director of Prowealth Accounting

For the past 12 years, Steven has been advising clients in small business, property investors and self managed super funds. He has worked in both large and small firms in Sydney and established Prowealth Accounting to provide an exceptional quality service to his clients.

Industry Experience
Steven is a Chartered Accountant, earning this qualification in 2000. He gained valuable experience working with a range of small business clients in 2 Sydney based accounting practices. He also accepted a 12 month finance position at a well known London University.
He has 3 key areas of expertise in accounting being small business, property investment and self managed super funds. He is dedicated to helping his clients achieve success in their business or investing endeavours.
Steven has particular knowledge in the areas of:

Bruce Donnelly - Financial Planner

The new department within Prowealth is a Financial Planning division headed by Bruce Donnelly B.Ed. M.Com. DFP, who brings with him 6 years experience in the financial planning field.

Prowealth Financial Planning can provide advice on a range of investment options including superannuation, self managed super funds, managed funds and shares, as well as a range of insurance products to help secure your financial future. Bruce can look at your personal circumstances and provide appropriate recommendations to assist you to reach your financial goals.

Kelley Ann Seaton - Director of Property Management HQ

Kelley has lived on the Central Coast all her life. She completed her HSC in 1993 and furthered her studies in bookkeeping and keyboarding and then onto Real Estate. Kelley is a Licensed Real Estate Agent. She started out in the industry in 1994. She has climbed the ranks from receptionist & admin support, to a Senior Asset Manager. She has managed 2 very successful property management departments on the Central Coast which reflects the awards she has received for excellence in her field. Here at Prowealth, Kelley is in control of finances and oversees all facets of Accounts & Administration and is our Office Manager. Kelley is married, has a 5 year old son, Joshua. Kelley and her husband have already commenced their property investment portfolio and has a keen interest to learn and further develop her skills through Prowealth Investments. \"Prowealth Investments are a well known company who strive to ensure their clients needs are met 110%, and I am proud to be part of their pro-active team\".

Shannon Paul - Accountant

Shannon has spent the past 13 years working in the accounting profession. During this time she has assisted small business owners with their accounting and tax needs and has spent considerable time easing the bookkeeping burden from her clients.

Shannon earned her qualification as a Chartered Accountant in 2001. She gained valuable experience working with small business in accounting firms on both the Central Coast and Sydney. She has also worked in a public accounting practice and a university in the United Kingdom.
Shannon has a keen eye for detail and has particular knowledge in the areas of:
- Income Tax for individuals and small business;
- Bookkeeping;
- MYOB setup, training and support
- Management Reporting

Shannon enjoys spending time with her young son, Kailan. Her hobbies include scrapbooking, photography and traveling. She likes to relax at night in front of a good movie.

Karen Weztler - Finance and Accounts Manager

Karen has been working in the accounts and finance departments of various organizations for over 30 years. Originally from England, Karen spent her early years on the Northern Beaches of Sydney where she was employed for over 20 years as a Finance Officer for a leading Photographic Group.

Karen moved to the Central Coast ten years ago and has worked as the Financial Officer for a local importing business and then for a not for profit organization gaining a vast knowledge of the influences that effect lifestyle in the local area.

Karen joined the Prowealth group early in 2009 and is fast learning the new opportunities and rewards that this industry presents. As the mother of two young adults she understands the challenges that face young people today on their way to personal and financial success.

Glenn Huntley - Licensee

Glenn Huntley has joined Prowealth Investments as a licensee in the first stage of Prowealth's plans to expand their already successful business across the country. He holds a diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) and has worked in Real Estate sales for over 5 years.

Glenn has had a long time passion and interest in real estate and over the last eighteen years has successfully developed, traded and invested in many housing and unit developments and built a property portfolio along the way.

Through this experience he has seen for himself just how effective property is as a vehicle for wealth creation. Over the years Glenn has been called upon by many people for advice and guidance on how they too, may benefit from property investment.

So when the opportunity came along to join the team at Prowealth Investments it seemed like the perfect time to combine his expertise and experience with that of the Prowealth group and move forward together to reach more people and help them along the road to financial freedom through property investment.

Nicola Dobson - Client Liaison

Nicola joined the Prowealth team with 8 years experience in the Financial Services industry including 6 years with a mortgage lender in Sydney and more recently with a finance broker on the Central Coast. Nicola started her career working in all areas of accounts including accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliations before working as a Personal Assistant for a Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director.

Nicola's role with Prowealth is Client Liaison where she ensures the smooth progression of the transfer of property between clients, developers, solicitors and financiers.

Nicola moved to the Central Coast from Sydney with her husband in 2006 when they purchased their first home. She now enjoys the lifestyle of living near the beach and working close to home and hopes to start building a property portfolio in the near future.

Pamela Johnson - Investment Consultant

Pamela was born and raised in Perth, relocating to the Central Coast in 2001 to be with her husband leaving behind her role as a Director of an Events Management Company.

Since that time Pamela has developed skills from the best in the business. Being employed with an international franchised Real Estate company before gaining knowledge in Property Investing with the Central Coasts No1 company. She also gained valuable experience in the commercial construction and engineering sector with one of Australia's largest international Construction Company's.

Beginning her investment portfolio with a house and land package in Perth at the age of 21, she and her husband have now gone on to purchase in both Brisbane and New South Wales as well. Their portfolio has consisted of house and land packages, apartments, off-the plan purchases, buying through their self managed superannuation fund and syndication.

Pamela also has a keen interest in the law and is currently reinforcing her experience in the industry with a Law Degree from Macquarie University, whilst also obtaining her Financial Planners Licence, and Real Estate Licence.

Being a valuable member of the Prowealth team for over five years she has assisted many people start and grow a property portfolio to either reduce their tax, help pay off their home, create an income for the future or perhaps all of the above.

Bianca Harney - Loans Assistant

Bianca has worked in the finance industry for the past 8 years, beginning at the Commonwealth Bank when she was 18.
Bianca has completed certificate 4 in Financial Services finance/mortgage broking & lending.
She is hoping to one day build her own investment portfolio and knows that starting her lending services career with Prowealth Money assisting Matt can help her achieve that. It is Bianca's dream of one-day becoming a broker in residential home loan lending.

Josh Halls - Graphic Designer / Marketing Co-ordinator

Joshua is the creative side of the Prowealth family.

Having worked in the area of design and advertising since 2002, he has had the opportunity to work with some of Australia's most well recognized brands as well as many smaller home based businesses. Joshua's portfolio contains an eclectic mix of promotional design, press advertising as well as product packaging, building signage, web design and campaign management. His role at prowealth is to take care of the design and marketing aspects of the company.

Personally, Joshua is an accomplished singer/songwriter having recorded a number of his songs, and them being aired on Christian radio station Rhema FM.

Joshua's moments of creative insanity are supported by his lovely wife Brooke and newborn son Caleb.

Joanne Walsh - Receptionist / Administrative Support

Joanne originally lived in Batemans Bay and moved to Brisbane to start her work career as a Guest service agent/ Night Auditor, then after 2 years moved onto working as an Administration Assistant/ office coordinator.

At the age of 18 Joanne purchased her first home in Brisbane. After living and working in Brisbane for the past 3 years, Joanne recently moved to the Central coast with her fiancé for a fresh start and to be closer to family.

Joanne is looking forward to learning and developing her skills in Prowealth and is also studying Interior Design and Decorating as a hobby.
