Daniel Goodwin is the Managing Director of Prowealth Investments.
He is also a Director of Prowealth Money, Prowealth Financial Planning and Property Management HQ.
A licensed real estate agent with a degree in Business from the University of Newcastle, at 28 years of age he had already bought and traded just over 1.7million in residential property in just 4 short years and continues to invest in property actively today. He recently used a Self Managed Super Fund to purchase the current office space of Prowealth along with his business partners. In 2011 he also formed a new land development company to aquire and develop residential land.
Daniel previously owned 2 Century 21 Franchises for Terrigal and Erina on the NSW Central Coast and was awarded Century 21 New South Wales Rookie of the year in 2004, adding to an already impressive list of awards including the Century 21 Masters Club, Auction Golden Gavel, Platinum Sales award and his Terrigal Office was a finalist in the Central Coast Business Awards for 'Best Real Estate office 2004'.
Daniel has trained in all aspects of real estate, residential property investment, finance strategies, and effective tax structures for wealth building from some of the most well known and respected teachers and leaders in these fields. Daniel travels regularly to the United States to learn from the likes of Tony Robbins, Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Denis Waitley, Brian Tracy and David Knox.
In 2009 Daniel wrote the book "Discover the 10 Secrets of Professional Property Investors" to rave reviews. In 2011, the book, now in its second production run, is also available on the iBookstore, Amazon.com, Barnes and Knoble and Sony Store as a digital download.
Daniel is also a regular contributor to the Real Estate Show on Radio Station 2GO on the Central Coast, has written articles for the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Star Newspaper, The Herald and has been featured in "Your Investment Property" magazine.
"Unfortunately the old adage of work hard, save money, get out of debt, invest for the long term (superannuation or managed funds) and diversify just isn't going to work for most of us" Daniel says, "most people see investing - of any sort - as risky, but this primarily is because the average person has a low financial education - and its not their fault, they are simply the habits they have been brought up with."
"I consider your financial education is as important as any other kind, its something that should be taught in high schools and universities. Its only through increasing your financial intelligence that you can maximize your investments to work for you - this is what we do at Prowealth".

Prior to opening 'Property Management HQ' along with her husband Doug, and Len & Daniel of Prowealth, Kelley worked at Century 21 Total Asset Management Gosford and managed the leasing department consisting of 2 portfolio managers, a leasing consultant and a senior asset manager. This was a stepping stone to learning the ropes of how to run a successful and reputable business. Through their connection the joint venture to open Property Management HQ was announced.
Kelley and her husband Doug are also investors too. They have an investment property in the Hunter/Port Stephens area which they purchased 'off the plan' and they continue to grow their own property portfolio, so they clearly understands your position and shares your views as a Property Investor.
