Client Information Representative

Prowealth Investments strives for local market leadership and is continually seeking to enhance its reputation among both the public and members of the industry for honesty, integrity and competence as investment real estate practitioners.

The individual in the Client Information Representative role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services by providing first contact support for the company in a professional and efficient manner, which will reflect the company's reputation in the industry.

Supporting a team of professionals, the individual will be required to demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisation's office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- To receive double qualified telemarketing leads on behalf of the company and attend a '1st appointment' with the client
- To visit clients home (generally after business hours) using the company supplied vehicle and complete a questionnaire on the client's current financial situation
- Listen to the clients concerns and make notes on all verbal and non-verbal communication from the client
- Provide the head of sales with a detailed, typed report (using MS Excel and word) on the client's financial situation and their concerns or comments by the close of the following business day
- Avoid giving specific advice or personal opinions to clients
- As the first point of contact for most clients, represent our company in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain familiarity with Prowealth concepts and strategies
- Understand and be able to explain the process of purchasing to the client
- Be familiar with office promotions
- Maintain a checklist of client contact responsibilities including form letters and cards
- Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard

Knowledge and Experience Required:
Essential -
- Strong administration skills - organised, thorough, systems oriented with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels and to all age ranges
- Higher than average levels of computer literacy
- The ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with the most professional, courteous and expedient manner
- Proactive, punctual and reliable
- Well presented and spoken
- Vibrant nature
- Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of client information at all times
- A valid drivers licence

Desirable -
- Previous experience in a sales rep related role
- Experience in the real estate, finance or accounting industry
- Face to face customer interaction roles.

This role requires after hours work. You must be able to meet the following criteria and hours:
- Be available at a minimum of Monday to Friday between the hours of 1pm and 9pm. Most appointments with clients take place of an evening, however if no appointments are scheduled on a particular day, the hours are flexible, e.g. 9am to 5pm. If you cannot meet these hours, please do not apply.
- In most cases you will be attending a clients home on your own. If you do not feel comfortable with this, do not apply
- In home appointments can sometimes be as far away as Wollongong, Penrith, Scone and Raymond Terrace. In some cases overnight accommodation will be provided. If this is unsuitable to you, do not apply
- This role carries a strict no-smoking policy during working hours for the protection of our clients and company vehicle and the image of our company
